Return policy

Buyers may initiate return or exchange application within 30 calendar days upon physical receipt of ordered cowboy hat items. All returned goods must remain in original unused condition with intact original packaging, free of artificial damage, stain or personal wear.
To start a return request, submit detailed application via our official business email contact@publicmal.com with relevant order number and product real photos for verification approval before sending items back. Return shipping expense shall be borne by purchaser unless the returned product is delivered with confirmed manufacturer defect or our incorrect item shipment.
Refund processing will be arranged within standard business days after we receive and inspect returned intact merchandise. Original payment channel used during checkout will be the designated refund path for all approved reimbursement cases. Custom-made personalized hat products are excluded from free return eligibility unless defective on arrival.
